Baolai is Kaohsiung’s famous hot spring town. Its spring water can go up to 52 Celsius degrees. At pH 7.2 (slightly base than acid), the water is high-quality bicarbonate spring. It has no color, no odor, and feels mild. It softens one’s skin, making the skin silky. People call it “beautifying hot spring.”
 
The park covers 5.4 hectares of land, with 1,370 flowering arbor trees. This makes it look like a colorful sea of flowers all year round.
